| Instruction to apply for Scholarship Grant |
| Teen Motor Vehicle Safety (TMVS) have scholarship grants for complete course of Drivers Education (30 hours of classroom plus six hours of driving). Download both pages of the application, follow instructions. For more information call 970-495-7509, ask for Anna. Before making application, go to Choice Drivers Education home page, click on "schedule" for class dates. Call 970-484-5229 to reserve a space in the class you wish to attend. You will NEED THAT INFORMATION to complete the space "Date you anticipate starting class". Put "Choice Drivers Education" and the date of class enrolled in this space. When notified you have received a Grant - call 970-484-5229 to confirm you will be attending the class. At that time Choice Drivers Education will invoice TMVS for payment.
